Under WinCE2.11, exit() does not work as expected sometimes. This
showed up with perl -v.

Under WinCE2.11, reparenting of windows and setting styles does not
work. Showed up in tcl/tk.

Under WinCE2.11/MIPS/HPC, DebugBreak() calls are not catched by a
try/except-block.

Under WinCE2.11, the (MFC) file-open dialog does not open files
that have another extension that the one defined. Happens in
PerlIDE. WCE300 seems to work.
In all versions, the default extension is appended, even when there is
already one (like .txt) and you selected (*.*) from the combo box.

Updating the caret position with SetCaretPos() leaves a black bar
at the old caret position. There seems to be no WM_PAINT for this
rect.
