FLITE for WinCE

Port of FLITE speech synthesis library for WinCE. Contains one command-line executable for speech synthesis.

There is also an editor named "talkeditor" which uses flite.dll. The editor synthesizes the whole file or the current selection.

For flite you need at least celib.dll 3.05. For talkeditor, you need cedialogs.dll 1.02.

Copy flite.exe and flite.dll to your bin directory.

Copy talkeditor to your bin directory.
